Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as name, email, company, role, verification status, and security activity. We also process projects, uploaded media, scripts, generated videos, workflow settings, and connected-channel data that you choose to provide.

Technical records may include IP address, browser and device information, request timing, diagnostics, and security events.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide creation and analysis workflows, store projects, deliver exports, send security email, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Content is sent only to infrastructure and processing providers needed for the workflow you request, such as storage, transcription, voice, rendering, or analysis services. Provider handling is governed by the deployment’s configured service agreements. MadeShort does not sell creator content.

We may use trusted providers for hosting, object storage, databases, email delivery, security, analytics, and AI processing. They receive only the information needed to perform their contracted role and must protect it appropriately.

Account and project data is retained while your workspace remains active and as needed to provide the service. Deleting your workspace removes account records and associated project records from active systems. Limited records may be retained temporarily for backups, fraud prevention, billing, or legal requirements.

MadeShort uses password hashing, verified email access, signed sessions, encrypted provider credentials, rate limits, access controls, and transport security. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and report suspected compromise promptly.

You can review and update profile details, change your password, disconnect channels, and delete your account from the product. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information.

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember interface preferences, and support core product behavior. The account system does not require advertising cookies.

MadeShort is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Material policy changes will be announced through the service or account email. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to the support or privacy contact published with your MadeShort deployment.
