Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MadeShort, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if you use the service for an organization, authorized to act for that organization.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.

You keep ownership of stories, videos, audio, channel information, and other material you provide. You grant MadeShort a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate features you request, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload and process your content.

AI and automated editing can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it and for confirming that it complies with platform rules, advertising requirements, intellectual-property rights, and applicable law.

Do not use MadeShort to violate law, impersonate others deceptively, exploit minors, distribute malware, evade platform safeguards, infringe rights, or create content intended to cause material harm. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with service security.

Free and paid plan limits may differ. Paid terms, pricing, renewal timing, and cancellation details will be shown before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

We work to keep MadeShort reliable, but processing providers, social platforms, and infrastructure can experience interruptions. Features may change as the product improves. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or account email before they take effect.

You may delete your workspace from account settings. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, or legal requirements. Data deletion follows the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MadeShort is not responsible for publishing decisions, platform performance, lost profits, or indirect losses resulting from content you choose to create or distribute. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
